Here’s how to use comfort tape:
- Peel off Comfort tape, holding it by the edges.
- Place Comfort tape on teeth, centering on the problem area. Press above and below braces, onto gums and teeth.
- Keep Comfort tape on for 1 hour or more. Do not eat or drink to maximize the comfort.
- Peel off (and now you can have a snack!)
